Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Pvolve gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for equipment and apparel in original condition. Please note that digital memberships are non-refundable once the trial period has ended.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
- 3.Pack Your Gear
Place your items in their original packaging, including all tags and components, and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
- 4.Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
